This was a lot more difficult than it should have been.  Once i figured out I was using the wrong rating for the movie and the cookies recipes were in batches it was pretty easy to get to the answer.

tempted to solve the first cookie part of the challenge with the Optimisation tools, but it's much easier to just directly solve this.
