Good Morning! I had not regularly used the Report Map tool, so that item slowed me down a bit. This was good practice.

Here's my solution, I wasn't able to get the font looking the same way as the planned output, and also couldn't figure out how to have a red flag. Any tips on how to do that?

You can adjust the point style and color in the "layers" options in the Report Map tool (see below):
