Here is my solution

I would not be very good at these.

I took a little over 8 minutes.

I smooshed the Hitter and Pitcher inputs together after dynamically renaming from the first row of data, I then and created a full outer join to ensure I had a full dataset and used the cleanse tool to strip the leading spaces and change to upper case.
I then joined them with the picks input, sorted accordingly, then did a little dance and high-fived myself.

 

Probably the same as everyone else.
