My solution - Although the fact that there are two Matt Duffy in the Hitters data means that the 252 picks turn into 253 rows of data in the output (in line with the solution, but still problematic from a data point of view)

Seems like there is a bit of an issue with there being 2 "Matt Duffy" players.  
Also, I have no idea how they went about calculating the 2015 Rank column.
