Here's my solution. I downloaded a bunch of challenges to do on my last flight and now getting around to uploading them. 16 mins to solve this one.

Like others couldn't get the last column for 2015 rank, I guess the prior year rank can be inferred from the draft picks, but being a Brit not 100% sure so like others left that column off, which the Crew macro doesn't like.
