My solution! Still working on trying to make more efficient workflows with less steps, but it works! Not too bad

The conditional statements were a little tricky for me, but good practice for my 2nd attempt at a workflow in Alteryx

I did my formula a bit different from the original given solution. I'm curious if my formula logic for the comments could produce incorrect results, but I didn't see that it did. Also, I noticed there was actually 4 colors for one record, but it had a duplicate. I'm sure I should have removed the duplicate and then end up with 3 color columns, but I didn't have the time to figure that out just now. I'll come back to it if I don't see it handled in some of the other posted solutions.
