My Solution for this challenge.

I have a question though, Should we consider Intake Type as a filter as two records in the output come as "Owner Surrender" and "Confiscated."

This was my second challenge I have completed. First time using/ learning about the spatial functions. I really enjoyed this and definitely want to pick up more challenges involving this capability.
