Tips for a beginner:
- It can be difficult to understand how tools need to be configured, but this is one of the best examples of how a report can be generated
- Layout + Join can always be replaced with Visual Layout - waiting for it to come out of Beta Program
The reporting tools hurt my pancreas.

This was fiddly, but I did like the determination of the total goals contribution being calculated and then joined back. You really needed to understand that part before moving forward.
After that, it's just using the reporting tools, and they all hate me.

Most difficult part was to create the "Goal plus assist" with Cross Tab + Summarize Tool.
Some nice plays with the transpose and summarize tool, the Join is not even needed, so I 'disabled' it.
