As dsmdavid pointed out, there's a difference when you restrict the dataset to the 30 customers closest to the flower shop versus going to the closest customer based on the previous delivery. I did the most efficient route and my iterative macro is based on the latter option.

 

Since I'm fairly new to iterative macros, I referenced the Santa's First Iterative Macro Community training which was a great resource.
