I was able to do this essentially with the Summarize tool, but I was looking for something else initially: It would be great to have a function that works like an on/off switch, as in: "if I encounter this value then 'on' (eg '1'), if I encounter it again then 'off' (or 0)" (This principle could repeat)

Surprisingly, I couldn't find such!

I didn't read the question on the forum, just in the workflow and so made my answer to work if an ID was to appear >2 times. Little iterative macro..

Great challenge @JosephSerpis !

Batch macro may have been overkill but its effective!

Two approaches:

  1.  A good approach to solve it with a couple of tools.
  2.  A heavily manual approach using Samples to get the output.

Way happier with the first approach though.
