I went for as dynamic an approach as I could, although it might be over-engineered.

I used a rounded location of strings to try and dynamically assign the headers and data - unfortunately because of the blank column I had to have a hardcoded max amount of spaces (20) to turn into pipes.

"Applied Amount in transaction currency" really messed me around

Tried to complete without Regex. Cheated a little by pulling the column names from the solution for the dynamic rename.

Messy solution! I tried to make it dynamic, but ultimately this workflow would need to be adjusted depending on the additional variables. Interesting challenge though.
