Same as the other posts.  This was surprisingly straightforward.

This was harder than I expected. My cross tab was screwed up and then I looked at your solution and saw that you were doing a join which seemed much more confusing to me so I went back and realized my cross tab was setup wrong. Cross tab and join option in my workflow. My results are a bit off. Might be because of the version of the spatial data.

Straight line solution. Brute forced it filtering by date and union first but forced myself to go back and work out multi row.
