Sadly couldn't do the drive distance due to not having the dataset, but otherwise was reasonably straightforward. A good tip I have picked up from looking at alternative solutions to these challenges is using the tile tool to created grouped record IDs, which I used to use a Multi-row Formula tool for.

My solution in attach

Don't have drivetime installed currently, so went with straight line distance.
