solved for straight line distance using cross tab tool

I was able to calculate only the Straight-Line Distance. Didn't understand the other part of the challenge but still posting my solution.

I was unfortunately not able to figure out the drivetime feature. I'm not sure where I can download the required data sets for the drivetime function. Any suggestions?
