I did not have the spatial data package needed to calculate the drive distance, so here is my solution for the straight-line distance

I did notice that @NicoleJohnson & @estherb47 used the Tile tool instead of the Multi-Row formula tool, so I'd better look into that, and save that knowledge for a future use.
