Took sometime. But done. And there could be a tweak at the end where I could automate the calculation of Juliette's birthday. 

But satisfied nevertheless.

I believe I have made it in a really dumb way comparing to others but it works. In future, I will know that I can easily use the cross tab function to make my solution much more efficient.
