I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing leap years so didn't convert any of the units to days (i.e. years x365)....It all came out correctly.  For the first day of the month I extracted the components of Stephane's date and changed the day to "01" then re-assembled as a date.  For Juliette I added a week worth of dates to Stephane then after adding Day of the Week pulled the one that matched Friday.

Fun little challenge. Interesting case to use the Cross tab and transpose in one flow.

I was hoping I could automate this more - but it ended up being fairly individualized by record.

Happy Monday! I took two approaches and both came to same answer.
