Here's my solution (standard macro).

Like others have said, I think the starting date goes from 1/23 or 1/25 instead of 1/19.

Super struggled with this - macros are a challenge for me.

Learned a few new tools with this one :)

My favourite activity on 1st Jan every year is to mark every holiday in the year! 😉

Um, I am showing the number of workdays in the user-chosen range that also fall within the specified range. I probably only needed the number of days in the input range.
