My solution!

Trick to this one was pivoting the data to find the max number, and flagging that record with the Field name... then I could add a column rule to each column in the table to highlight that record in that field if the name matched the Flag value. Cool trick! Always nice to learn some new ways to use formatting in the reporting tools.
