Always good info to know how many days you could work in a year.

Spoiler
So there was a bit of data prep to start off the calendar year input. I created a list of every single date in the year before using the select tool to remove the now irrelevant fields, a formula tool allowed me to put a day name next to the entries of all the dates. Finally, filters were used to remove the days of the weekend from the data set so we were only left with business days.

Next I used multiple join to combine all 3 of the inputs. A select tool was used to rename all of the column headers, a formula to add a column for the second employee that works in the US and then a select tool was used to reorganize the data. A final filter was used to remove any null entries in the business day column.
