Here is my solution. Second challenge ever so far. I start to like them 🙂

The solution is good and I do like the "Join Multiple".

I would propose though a solution based on a join able to handle any number of regions. I'm not sure it's leaner as I've not seen the point changing the date format...

solved.  introducing the find and replace tool instead of the join caused me to have to change the dates to strings but i still like using the tool instead of join in those situations.
