I think the reason that people are getting different answers to the output is

that Panama is only projected to have more men than women in 2020. 

Since the file is based on 2019 population numbers, I think it would be prudent to consider 2020 "the future" but I could also see the argument for leaving it out entirely

Also note that the Peruvian and Dominican data are bad. The "total" sheet has a lot of erroneous numbers on it as well.

I got a different answer to Q1 and Q3 than what was expected. But I am happy with my answers.
