My solution

Maybe my first time generating rows with dates (essentially the same, but took me a minute to get it right)
My first thought would not have used the Text Input provided, but I thought that I would use it in order to keep consistency with the problem at hand.
In the container, I've then worked out if it's possible to not have a Friday 13th in a year.

The method for working out the possibility involved working out how much the 13th moved around each year.
