My first thought would not have used the Text Input provided, but I thought that I would use it in order to keep consistency with the problem at hand.

In the container, I've then worked out if it's possible to not have a Friday 13th in a year.

The method for working out the possibility involved working out how much the 13th moved around each year.

Short and sweet. No years missing Friday 13th from 1900-2020, but didn't prove it to be generally true.
