Quite late to the party ! Here is my solution

Fun and made me think!

Key is to convert to string then pad with zeros then parse and convert back to byte.

And now we wait for Part 2 ...

Nice Solution! I tried to do the same dynamic append method but hard coded the Regex Token to 12 columns. I didn't think about splitting to rows and then using cross tab - good idea!

Easy peasy, only 3 tools required.
