I didn't like the idea of around 19% of records dropping due to not having corresponding coordinates, hence I employed a quick Macro to get the missing co-ordinates.

Here's the workflow and Macro, note the detour to allow someone to easily use the macro or not...
 

And here's how the results differ:
Without the Macro (356 records dropping off) and then with them included. There is no difference in the most common table. So is it even needed to include the others?

I have yet to study spatial and reporting tools, but still managed to create a haphazard solution 😂

Next time will revisit again after learning these tools... 👨‍🎓

This was a good reporting and spatial challenge!  I had to modify to concatenate city,state before summarizing - I got different totals otherwise.  Turns out there's a Phoenix, OR and Las Vegas,NM. Who knew?
