Creating Masks per bundle was the real challenge.

This is my not so elegant solution. The answers for the number of bundles came out different (lower) to the majority, I think it was because I made use of Ceil and Floor, since a bundle will only have a certain amount of complete masks to cut from, which means effectively, I assume no stitching of remnant fabric to produce masks and no sharing of bundles across the group of individuals from calculation perspective.
