The resolution of my polygon makes that approach a few spatial seconds off. Fun challenge.

Silly question, but in your second solution, you grouped the Value column by avg. How did you do this if its a V_String type?

A good reminder that there are places outside of the spatial tools where you can access spatial stuff.

Hi

I only thought of two. I looked at the solution, and while I understand the principle, creating mirror points, I wondered if that was practical, so 2 I have.

In terms of building on this question, would a weighted distance question be of use, say one of the locations had three times as many customers or revenue should the engineer live closer to that location. How would we use the tools to create a COG for lots of points etc. etc.
