What is interesting about this is that when you use the datetimediff formula and choose conveying the result in years it can show you 0 (In case you specify a range below one year). In most cases in real life you might need to need to show the real value of the number instead of 0. (Example: 0.8 years)
I think that will require manual conversion using the formula tool.
