I don't use list boxes too often so this was a good refresher. I also added an "Error message" tool in the case where no unit of time was selected. I had to build another app (just a simple update a text input with the result of the list box tool) to see what the list box output was like for the configuration of the error message tool as it wasn't obvious to me.
