This one was a lot of fun!  I've got to say though, knobbed / buff / enlarging mushrooms do not sound very appetizing!  😆

Practice with Dynamic Replace is always a good exercise.

This challenge is also ideal for the Find and Replace tool, just needs a bit of manipulation...
