I took a peek at some of the other solutions, and also the "official" since it was available.

It seems that I took a different approach, and instead of pivoting and joining the data, I used the Dynamic Replace.

I will admit, it is a bit tricky, but IMHO it think it was more suited here

Since I did not pivot the data, I had to ad a final replace of the column names that contained the - instead of the _ in order to match the provided result 😉
