Good One! Learned how to use the legend effectively

This challenge was tough. I had no idea how to create maps. Had to take some inspiration from @Blake 's solution as to how to create maps.

Finally got a chance to look at this! Fun challenge, but after doing this I definitely want to investigate the Map Legend manipulation tools to see how much I can customize the legend.

 

I feel like I used more tools than necessary -- interested in looking at other solutions.

By the way, I tried this with the AMP engine and did get the same results except for Finland, where there were two each of two types of reactors so there was a tie for most common type. E1 consistently picked "Boiling Water" and AMP usually went with "Pressurized Water." (This could be disambiguated by extending the sort before the last Summarize to include Total Capacity.)
