I enjoyed this challenge. I recently learned how to use the Tile Tool so I have been looking for excuses to use it although I'm not sure that this particular case really calls for it. Still - I got to the solution eventually! Looking forward to seeing a more efficient solution.

EDIT: So after taking a peek at some of the other solutions users have posted, the biggest inefficiency with my workflow is I should have used a Summary Tool instead of a Running Total tool. Doh!

Just as @dsmdavid I was confused about the _E fields,

then noticed there were some other fields that didn't make much sense so decided to ignore them and see what comes out of join 🙂
