Okay, I have only been using Alteryx for two weeks and my solution definitely reflects that (lack) of experience - it was fun though and I learned a lot from others who posted results like @NicoleJohnson and the challenge authors, even if that knowledge is not reflected in my solution...(I felt like I had to hammer out my own...)

Huge learning experience of how to use spatial tools. 
Unfortunately, I took a different approach and I couldn't figure out the number 3. 
However,  number 1 and 2 I proud of myself. 
Learning curve. =D
