Here's my solution. It only works if the months are in order.

Used Formula to first separate month and year and then a multi row formula for months which have the same first letter(J,A,M). Then used a normal formula to get the months which have a unique first letter(F,S,O,N,D). Used a multi row formula to get the years in all. Used select to rename and select columns. Voila!
