I tried IF formula to extract Year, it is simpler to use Right(), if it is shorter than the String it doesnt operate.

I used [Year]=Null() to apply Multi-Row Formula, it doesnt work when I remove [Year] although I am working on the Year field.

Did a different solution. I find putting a record ID and input text is easier to do considering the data instead of the multi row formula for the month column.
