SUBMIT YOUR IDEAAlthough the results may be reproduced, there are 3 tiny ambiguities or at least hidden assumptions.
1. It is mentioned that the duration of stay shall be greater or equal to 1 days. Instead of providing the check-out date, the reservation-status date is used. But sure, if the reservation status is changed to "check-out", the date is the check-out date. Still, this may be made more clear.
2. The reservation status contain three different states, "checked-out", "canceled" and "no show". For the "no show" reservation, the status date seem to be the same as arrival date which thus will be filtered out by setting stay duration >= 0. Still, it may be better to set status filter for "checked-out".
3. The reservations are counted by month name where records of three years have been included. This may make sense, if seasonal average shall be calculated. Still, more precise requirements may be more transparent.
