Here is my solution

Got hung up on the problem at first thinking it was somehow related to pairing of segments. Once I noticed that solution had to have continues segment I was able to get to same solution.

I had a good deal of trouble with this one as I tried a few different methods as the time, just wouldn't quite work out for me. This appears to be from a rounding error though.

My times were slightly off, but I'm presuming this was due to the way seconds round to minutes.

This was a really fun challenge to get myself back into these after a month.

Attached my solution. Not able to exactly match the toll duration in minutes i.e., a difference of 1 -2 mins either way.
