Incredible challenge this way! Really worked up by brain!

Been working on this one on and off for awhile!  Can't say I agree with the answer (a lot of phone #'s were included with address as a zip code), but I finally got the solution answer to match.  Used a ton of different REGEX expressions then combined them.
