Had quite a bit of difficulty with this one but I got there in the end.
Solving this was akin to peeling onions. Each layer had another layer underneath. Does provoke out of the box thinking though.
Taught me many things including the fact that a lack of pattern is a pattern by itself and how to use Regex_Replace function as Regex_Parse. This also provided me an opportunity to explore using Regex within Multi Row Tool and insert dummy characters to create unique patterns of my own!!!
