My solution with comments:

1. Text to columns to split the Field 1 to 3 separate fields

2. Data cleanse to remove all punctuation

3. DateTime to convert String format to required output date format (used Custom incoming date format from output of data cleanse - ddMonyy)

4. Final Select to keep only the required 3 fields

This was a great exercise to learn about the Date Time Parse tool.
