Done: hereby attached my file. I've found that there could be two possible solutions:

1) one standard which is a workflow using some functions for almost every steps;

2) one lean which reduces 5 functions/steps thanks to nested formulas.

Tools Used: Text to Columns, Data Cleansing, DateTime and Select

solved - tried DateTime tool in Parse category but it didn't work. So used datetimeparse() function in formula tool!
