For this solution I used a couple other formulas and tools than the solution file. I still used a text to column on the commas. Then I used two formulas with the StripQuotes function to clean up the text and date columns. Finally, I used the convert date tool to format the final column.

Appreciate your solution. I have done it little different, instead of trim function i have used replace function, and also used Date Time function for converting. I personally prefer Date time tool for converting the dates, it is very easy when compared to expression in formula. Appreciate your solution.

My solution turned out to be a bit less elegant that the official one, as I used a few more tools, but it got the job done.
