Ugh, converting dates and time... This one isn't so bad, but for some reason its like my kryptonite. Maybe its just me, but this is one of the "easy" steps that I have to focus way too much on - anyone have a simple tip for the more cumbersome/complex date parse problems? A step or two that always does the trick for you?

I was struggling with the DateTime tool because I didn't realise that the the custom format is case sensitive but I figured it out.

I had to search for the [delimiter] splitting and to-date controls to complete the transformation.
