Processes applied after inputting the starting data

Spoiler

1. Used Text to Columns tool to parse the data into columns based on comma
2. Added a select tool to rename the new columns and exclude the original field from the workflow.
3. Used a RegEx tool to remove double quotes
4. Used a RegEx tool to remove apostrophes
5. Used a Formula tool and conditional statement to convert the Poem_Read_Date to the requested format.
