Solved using Text to Columns, DateTime, Multi-field Formula(using StripQuotes) and select tool for renaming columns.

Has someone found using RegEx to remove double and single quote?

Dirty, but super quick. I'm pretty sure you could Regex parse the whole thing in a single pass.
