Here's my solution. There appears to be a discrepancy on some of the ETA dates. For example in Row 10 (Location 010, Product 370), the earliest date is actually June 29, not July 1.

I chose to create a lookup for the missing Location Names so it can be dynamic for the next run. But, next time the missing value could be that of a beer... Cool challenge!

A good reminder that unjoined records don't get reformatted according to the embedded select settings. In retrospect, I wish I had used the Multiple Join tool rather than chasing down the unjoined records.
