This one wasn't so clear to me...regardless! Utilized the solution to understand the quarters. 

In my opinion, it's more complicated than just appending a record ID grouped by the Client ID field. 

In Client ID 1 the first quarter is 10/1/2017 and the second quarter should be 2/1/2018 but instead the solution considers 1/1/2018 to be the second quarter.
