Nice one @Treyson.  Took a couple of read-throughs to figure out the logic required.

Like @kelly_gilbert, I used a formula tool to calculate the Quarter as opposed to a Tile tool. 
Ceil((DateTimeDiff([Date],[Min_Date],"Months")+1)/3)​
All it takes is one missed month by any client to throw off the Tile tool method which then bubbles up through all results.
